Construction
- Mantles are designed and fabricated to suit various I.S. & A.S.T.M. standards
- Double walled construction
- Inner made from fiber glass yarn
Insulation
- 30 mm thick glass-wool insulation on all sides of the mantle
Heating System
- Specially designed BLACK HEAT heating elements made from best quality nichrome wire
- Heating elements fitted around the net
- P.N. Avoid any kind of spillage on inner net as it may cause the coil to break
Control System Optional
- Controller: Energy Regulator (Simmer stat control by manually)
- Temperature Range: Ambient to 200°C
- Heat up Time: 30 minutes up to 250°C
- Power Supply: 230 volts AC
